Kaosu (1999)
Aka : Chaos
Realisateur : Hideo Nakata
Cast : Miki Nakatani || Masato Hagiwara || Ken Mitsuishi || Jun Kunimura
Musique :
Thème : mystère
Synopsis : After an elegant dinner, a husband follows his wife out the door only to discover she is not there. Hours later he is contacted by the kidnapper. He must pay 30 million yet to see her again. Hold on to your seat, for one of the most incredible stories ...
Mon avis : Being one of the few people on this earth who did not really enjoy Ringu I sat down to watch Chaos with a good deal of trepidation. I thought I’d give it a try, ready to turn it off when I lost interest…Well, it’s nice to be mistaken sometimes! Chaos is one of the finest tales I’ve ever experienced. No way could I anticipate what was going to happen next. Director Hideo Nakatani does a masterful work of revealing the plot slowly…everything happens for a reason…the film makes perfect sense, but you’ll have to stay to the end to fully comprehend the brilliance, the pathos and the beauty of this film. The narrative is refreshing and uniquely designed to titalate as well as illumintate. Chaos is absolutely first rate, I highly, highly recommend this gem.
Miki Nakatani is wonderful as Satomi, as is her co-star Masato Hagiwara.
Tout public : Oui
Ma quote : 9/10

| Hello Prisoner,
you've been faster than us for this movie, we had in plan to propose it here soon. a Hideo Nakata movie is somewhat intriguing before start watching it. I've read many comments about Kaosu online, all of them are truly positive, making this movie unmissable, especially if we've made a great ovation of his horror standarts as Dark water and Ring.
Nakata is a creep ambiance creator and can work with nothing, just polishing a small part of our individuals scares. we'll watch this movie soon.
