Word filter (new feature)

Good morning,

We have a new tool since a few days, a word filter.
We've not activate it yet because of that it seems useless on Kagen no tsuki. Most members are mature enough to self-moderate their own replies.

Depuis un petit moment j'observe de plus en plus l'arrivée de membres américains (ou utilisant beaucoup l'anglais). Je suis tres content de voir que le forum fonctionne bien mais j'aimerais bien aussi qu'il y ait + de membres écrivant le francais car c'est vraiment dur pour moi en tant que modérateur de bien observer ce qui se passe dans les textes... mais bon...
Comme je suis tres "filou" et que l'activateur de word filter est désactivé je vais en profité ... lol!

we are affraid but word filter will not work on nicknames. well, let's say that there are some strange names registred on KnT, but there are also strange names on other boards. as long as these names remain strange and not insulting, nothing will be done against them.

Same opinion here, it is possible that these nicknames are humorous. As long as the owners did not appear or have shown their writer talents of to some of us, none can judge.

being able to refer to a collective memory online is safe key that our community have an online memory now. I take this as a compliment and this must be seen as an encouragement. we've lost some members lately, but new ones rejoined the community because turnover is unavoidable.

actually we won't do something before members will write something here. we had alot of these hot nicknames from the beginning of the project.

the plan is to wait if they are offensive members or just funny persons. an opinion we can achieve only if they expresse themselves. so, let's leave these subjectives words for a while. in other hand we prefer seing new member registration that nothing at all.
