Anyway, this kind of behavior would have been sanctioned since a long time on the forum for which I have responsibilities 
In anycase, in a democratic board, we must to leave importance with this kind of vulgar and offensive remarks. If one diplomatic way is not possible with these persons to be able to join us in the right way, it's more judicious to take sanctions.
In first, one ponctually ban, if always the same thing after, one permanent ban and end of story (or use another stuff to keep the serenity of board) .
I don't think that it's a good thing to leave in full view of everybody these kinds of offensive remarks !
What's more, I don't think that's a good idea to "try" to make a apologia with a very small mind.
